Sell your cigar collection for cash.

When it’s time to let your collection go, we buy cigars: private and Cuban cigar collections, estate collections and surplus inventory.

A discreet sale of your Habanos at a fair price. Handled personally by Leander.

A note from Leander

Over the years, I’ve come to know many people in the cigar community who decided to move on from the hobby, or to step away from smoking, for all kinds of reasons.

Often they were left with a humidor full of boxes and no easy way to sell them. I’ve been able to help a number of them find the right buyers for their collections.

Should you ever consider selling yours, I’d be happy to arrange a discreet sale at a fair price, with payment in cash.

Whenever the time is right, please feel free to reach out.

Warm regards,Leander

Discreet

Your enquiry comes straight to Leander and stays between you and him.

Fair

Every box is valued against today’s market, and the offer is explained plainly.

Paid in cash

Once you accept, you’re paid in cash. No waiting on resales or consignment.

Who we help

People sell their cigars for many reasons. Whatever yours is, we handle it with care and without fuss.

  • Quitting smoking

Stepping away for health, family or a change of habit, with cigars you no longer need.

  • Moving on from the hobby

A cigar collection built over years that you’d rather turn into cash.

  • Inherited a collection

Families settling an estate who aren’t sure what the humidor holds or what the cigars are worth.

  • Downsizing a cellar

Too many boxes for the space you have, or for what you’ll ever smoke.

  • Closing a store or lounge

Remaining Habanos inventory and humidors, bought in one go.

  • Holding surplus stock

Distributors, wholesalers and retailers with more boxes than they can move.

  • Holding rare or vintage boxes

Limited editions, Habanos release humidors, pre-1990s cigars and other collectible boxes.

How a sale works

Three steps, and no obligation at any point.

  1. Submit the details

Use the form below or WhatsApp: brands, approximate quantities, box condition, storage, where the cigars are, and a few photos.

  2. We review the inventory

Authenticity, packaging, condition, provenance and whether we can lawfully buy the cigars where they are.

  3. We discuss a purchase

If they qualify, you get one clear offer with the terms, the handover and payment in cash.

What we look at before we buy

We don’t buy every collection. These are the things that decide it.

  • Authenticity

Genuine Habanos in their original boxes, with codes, seals and bands that match.

  • Condition and storage

How the cigars have been kept: humidity, temperature, and any signs of damage or beetles.

  • Provenance

Where the cigars came from. Receipts help but aren’t required.

  • Your right to sell

That the cigars are yours to sell, or that you’re acting for the owner or the estate.

  • Where they are

Whether we can lawfully buy and collect the cigars where they are.

  • What we can use

Brands, sizes and quantities that fit what our customers buy.

Not sure about any of this? Send what you have anyway. We’ll tell you plainly whether it fits. Read more about our buying criteria.

Submit your cigar inventory

Tell us what you have. Only Leander reads it, and there’s no obligation to sell.

How should Leander contact you?
Roughly how many boxes?

Brands, sizes and approximate quantities, whether boxes are sealed or opened, and how the cigars have been stored. A rough idea is fine. You can send photos afterwards.

Your details are used only to contact you about your collection. See our privacy notice.

Thank you. Your enquiry is with Leander.

He’ll be in touch personally, the way you asked. If you have photos of the boxes, you can send them now on WhatsApp or by email. Which photos help most.

Questions sellers ask

How do I sell my cigar collection?

Send us what you have, using the form on this page or WhatsApp: brands, rough quantities, how the cigars have been stored, where they are, and a few photos. We review the collection, and if it fits what we buy, we make you one clear offer. If you accept, we arrange the handover and pay you in cash. Our guide on how to sell a cigar collection covers every option.

Can I get cash for my cigars?

Yes. If we buy your cigars, you’re paid in cash once you accept the offer and the handover is arranged. There’s no consignment and no waiting for the cigars to resell.

Do you buy smaller collections?

Yes. We review collections of every size, from a handful of boxes to a full walk-in humidor. A smaller collection gets the same review and the same plain answer.

Can I sell my Cuban cigar collection to you?

Yes. Genuine Habanos are what we buy. See sell Cuban cigars for what we look for.

How much is my cigar collection worth?

It depends on the brands and sizes, how many boxes you have, their age and box codes, and how they’ve been stored. Send a list or a few photos and Leander will value the collection and make you a fair cash offer.

How quickly can I sell my cigars?

As quickly as you’d like. Once we’ve seen what you have, we make an offer, and if you accept, we arrange the handover and pay you in cash.

Do you buy every collection?

No. Whether we buy depends on authenticity, condition, storage, provenance, where the cigars are, and whether they fit what our customers buy. We’ll tell you plainly either way.

What information do you need to review my cigars?

Brands, sizes and approximate quantities, whether the boxes are sealed or opened, how and where the cigars have been stored, which country they’re in, and a few photos, including the bottoms of the boxes where the codes are stamped.

Do I need to show the cigars are mine to sell?

Yes. Before we buy, we confirm that you own the cigars or have the authority to sell them, for example as an executor or a company director. We’ll tell you what that involves for your situation.

Do you buy surplus stock from stores and distributors?

Yes. We review surplus and remaining inventory from cigar stores, lounges, distributors and wholesalers, including stock from a business that’s closing. See cigar inventory liquidation.

Which countries do you buy cigar collections in?

We review collections from most countries. Tell us where yours is, and we’ll let you know whether we can buy it there and how the handover would work.

Do you buy inherited or estate collections?

Yes, and we handle them with care. You don’t need to know what’s inside: photos of the boxes are enough for us to identify them.

Do you buy humidors?

Yes, including Habanos release humidors, auction humidors and cabinet humidors that come with a collection.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. The offer is free and comes with no obligation. If it isn’t right for you, that’s the end of it.

How am I paid?

In cash, once you’ve accepted the offer and we’ve arranged the handover.

Will anyone know I’ve sold my collection?

No. Your enquiry goes to Leander alone, and we don’t share who we buy from.

Do I need box codes or receipts?

They help, but you don’t need them. Photos of the boxes, including the bottoms, are usually enough for us to start.

Which cigars do you buy?

Genuine Habanos from all 27 brands, from everyday boxes to rare, vintage and limited editions, plus Habanos humidors. See the cigars we trade.
