Are your cigars genuine?
Yes. We only sell 100% genuine Habanos, and we guarantee it. We source from Habanos distributors, from stores and from collectors, and we check what we buy.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere except the United States. Our warehouse is at Geneva Airport, and most of our customers are in Hong Kong, China, Australia, Switzerland and the Middle East. Import rules differ by country, so tell us where your order is going and we’ll confirm before it ships.
How do I get prices?
Join the mailing list. Stock changes with every collection we buy, so we send current offers and prices to members by email.
What do you need to evaluate my collection?
A list of what you have (brand, size, quantity, and box codes or dates if you know them), a few clear photos, and a short note on how the cigars have been stored. That’s enough for us to start.
Do you buy humidors?
Yes, including Habanos release humidors and auction humidors. Tell us what you have and we’ll take a look.
